Jane Harrington

Jane spent two years at the University of Oklahoma and completed her degree in Art from Truman University.  She has practiced calligraphy for over 50 years and has served as a NASCAR calligrapher and free-lance calligrapher in Florida.  She has studied the art of calligraphy with Sheila Waters, Timothy Botts, Michael Sull, Peter Thornton, and Mark Van Stone.  She has also studied watercolor with Jon Birdsong, studied pastel with Mike Mahon, and collage with Suzy Powell.
Jane is also a certified Zentangle teacher and has taught several classes.
Her interests include:  sewing, photography, drawing, pastels, watercolor, paste paper, Origami, card and book making and Suminagashi marbling.
